Athletes in the IADO RTP and the IADO TP, and any other athlete, who meets IADO’ definition of athlete under the IADO Anti-Doping Policy, can be subject to both in-competition and out-of-competition doping control tests.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Requirements of the Registered Testing Pool (RTP). Criteria in the IADO RTP is based on a number of factors related to the athlete and the sport. These may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Athletes already included in their International Federation’s Registered Testing Pool<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Possible performance enhancing effect that doping may elicit on the sport<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Available doping analysis statistics of sports and disciplines<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Available research on doping trends<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  •   International competition(s) for the year that is of significance to Indonesia <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Serving periods of ineligibility or provisional suspensions as a result of Anti-Doping Rule Violations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Reinstatement after period of ineligibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coming into or out of retirement<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Injury<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Independent athlete(s) based locally or internationally who are selected for representation at major international events<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Return from international training stints of at least 3 months<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Unexpected and significant improvement in sporting performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Training with Athlete Support Personnel previously associated with doping practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Behaviour indicating doping<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Persistent last minute changing of Whereabouts Information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Athlete sport performance history<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Details of past doping controls<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Reliable information from a third party<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The IADO TP will comprise mostly athletes who are in national squads and who are not in the IADO RTP. The factors for inclusion in the IADO TP may include:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • Possible performance enhancing effect that doping may elicit on the sport<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Available doping analysis statistics of sports and disciplines<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Available research on doping trends<\/li>\n\n\n\n
