On 8-10 November 2024, Indonesia Anti-Doping Organization in collaboration with the Result Management Committee held a Result Management Workshop with the theme \u201cImplementation of Result Management in accordance with ISRM\u201d. The workshop was attended by representatives of DCOs, Presenters of Education (PRESI), Ministry of Youth and Sports, and BAKI (Indonesia Sports Arbitration Agency). A detailed explanation was conducted in each session, starting from the Result Management Administration process to the Hearing process. By conducting a case review of both Analytical Findings cases and non-analytical findings as well as mock trials could provide a deeper understanding to all participants, especially because the Result Management process is usually conducted in a closed and confidential manner.

In addition, referring to Article 8.2 of ISRM, the RM Committee also needed to increase the numbers of its committee members to maintain the integrity and independence of the RM Committee, and along with the workshop the RM Committee had added 4 new members. It was also expected that with that workshop BAKI as a partner for the appeal panel referring to the IADO Rules 2024 could be able to start preparing the Anti-Doping Chamber if there are athletes\/ASPs who want to appeal the decision of the\u00a0Hearing\u00a0Panel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
