On July 18th, 2025, IADO submitted an official letter of the special appreciation to the Director of WADA’s Asia and Oceania Region Dr. Mayumi YaYa Yamamoto, based in Tokyo, Japan. The letter expressed its gratitude and highest appreciation to WADA for their trust, guidance, and support, enabling Indonesia to host the GLDF TUE training from July 8th to 10th, 2025, in Jakarta. The training was fully funded by WADA with additional financial support from the Government of Japan. The TUE (Therapeutic Use Exemptions) training was conducted as part of the GLDF (Global Learning and Development Framework) and was attended by participants from 15 countries plus three instructors from WADA, the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), and the Comit\u00e9 Nacional Anti-Doping Mexico (CNAM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The TUE is a crucial component of the global anti-doping program, ensuring that athletes can compete in sport despite medical conditions requiring treatment. Through this comprehensive training, participants strengthened their TUE practices and built valuable connections with fellow anti-doping professionals across the region. The official letter was also copied to several parties in Indonesia, as IADO fully recognizes that their support were crucial to the success of the TUE training. These included the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Immigration and Corrections, and the Indonesian Olympic Committee.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
