Sumber: ISNA.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Jakarta, 9 Maret 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Dalam upaya meningkatkan kesadaran mengenai keamanan penggunaan suplemen pada atlet, pada tanggal 9 Maret 2026 telah dilaksanakan kegiatan recording podcast dengan tema \u201cSuplemen Palsu dan Kontaminasi Doping: Bagaimana Melindungi Atlet?\u201d. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada atlet, pelatih, tenaga kesehatan olahraga, serta masyarakat umum mengenai risiko penggunaan suplemen yang tidak terverifikasi serta potensi kontaminasi zat terlarang yang dapat berujung pada pelanggaran doping. Kegiatan ini merupakan kerjasama antara Pengurus Pusat Indonesia Sport Nutritionist Association (PP ISNA) dengan IADO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penggunaan suplemen dalam dunia olahraga saat ini semakin meningkat, terutama untuk mendukung performa, pemulihan, dan kebutuhan nutrisi atlet. Namun demikian, tidak semua produk suplemen yang beredar di pasaran memiliki jaminan keamanan dan kualitas yang memadai. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian suplemen dapat terkontaminasi zat yang termasuk dalam daftar terlarang dalam olahraga, meskipun zat tersebut tidak tercantum pada label produk. Kondisi ini menimbulkan risiko serius bagi atlet, karena prinsip strict liability dalam regulasi anti-doping menyatakan bahwa atlet bertanggung jawab atas setiap zat yang ditemukan dalam tubuhnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melalui podcast ini, para narasumber dari Presenter Edukasi (PRESI) IADO yaitu Kurnia Mar\u2019atus Solichah, S.Gz., M.Gz., Dietisien membahas berbagai aspek penting terkait fenomena suplemen palsu dan kontaminasi doping, termasuk bagaimana proses kontaminasi dapat terjadi, dampaknya terhadap karier atlet, serta langkah-langkah yang dapat dilakukan untuk meminimalkan risiko tersebut. Diskusi juga menekankan pentingnya pendekatan food first, yaitu mengutamakan pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi melalui makanan sebelum mempertimbangkan penggunaan suplemen.
