Considering that the time to complete the UNESCO questionnaire on anti-doping is very limited because on March 22nd, 2025 IADO would start its Eid holiday and also because the coordination meeting led by the Deputy Coordinating Minister for PMK for Coordination of Strengthening Character and National Identity Prof. Warsito has also been organized smoothly on March 20th, 2025, then the IADO Executive Board on March 21st, 2025 has immediately held an internal virtual meeting to have to complete the questionnaire on that day. After the meeting lasted for more than 2 hours, all the questionnaires were immediately filled out completely and the next stage was just editing and might be re-correcting if there was anything that needed to be reduced or added.
Maybe at first glance it seemed like it was just filling out an ordinary questionnaire. In fact, it was not, because there were quite a lot of questions and not to mention the need for explanations about a number of specific items that need to be narrated. IADO and NADO (National Anti-Doping Organization) anywhere in the world cannot just fill it out, because there are times when the International UNESCO Convention Secretariat will confirm and check randomly with various related parties. Not only UNESCO that applies a similar compliance pattern to determine the quality of its NADO performance, because WADA also conducts the same thing and IADO has experienced it when audited on April 27th and 28th, 2023. The difference was, WADA’s testing / audit called CCQ (Code Compliance Questionnaire) is more strict and very detailed, so that even the slightest mistake could risk being sanctioned by WADA. So, it is natural for both UNESCO and WADA to conduct compliance checks, because for both of them, the problem of anti-doping restrictions is a very serious matter.
