As the host of the 2025 Para Fencing World Cup, Indonesia, through its National Paralympic Committee (NPC), acting as the Local Organizing Committee (LOC), proudly welcomed the world’s best athletes to the international competition, which took place from September 15th to 18th, 2025, at the Manahan Indoor Sports Hall in Solo.
This prestigious event was participated by athletes from 17 countries: Australia, France, Georgia, Germany, the United States, South Korea, Poland, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Spain, India, Iraq, Japan, Argentina, Latvia, and Thailand, along with Indonesia as the host.
For this championship, the Indonesia Anti-Doping Organization (IADO) had been appointed by World Abilitysport (WAS) as Sample Collection Personnel (SCP) to conduct doping tests on selected athletes in accordance with the Mission Order.
The entire doping testing process was carried out smoothly, professionally, and in accordance with international standards, upholding sample integrity, confidentiality, security, and traceability. This reflects the IADO’s strong commitment to ensuring fair, clean, and doping-free competition.
Thus, the 2025 Para Fencing World Cup in Indonesia was successfully held with high standards of sportsmanship, ensuring that all athletes competed fairly and upheld the spirit of clean sport.
