The 2025 World Youth and Junior Sambo Championships were successfully held at the JSI Resort Bogor from October 3rd to 5th, 2025, further marking Indonesia’s resounding success as host of this international sporting event. A total of 383 athletes from 34 countries participated, displaying outstanding fighting spirit and sportsmanship throughout the competition. As part of the commitment to sportsmanship and sporting integrity, the anti-doping program was successfully implemented throughout the championships.
IADO acted as the Sample Collection Authority (SCA) responsible for the sampling process. That activity was coordinated by the International Testing Agency (ITA) as part of the FIAS/ITA partnership and conducted in accordance with the FIAS Anti-Doping Rules. The close collaboration between the IADO and the International Sambo Federation (FIAS) ensured that all procedures were carried out in accordance with the World Anti-Doping Code and the International Standards for Testing and Investigations (ISTI). That success confirms Indonesia’s commitment to supporting clean, honest, and integrated sports events.
