IADO has once again demonstrated its commitment and professionalism in maintaining the integrity of sport by being officially appointed by the International Federation of Cerebral Palsy Football (IFCPF) as the Sample Collection Authority (SCA) for the 2025 IFCPF Men’s Asia-Oceania Cup. The championship took place from November 16th to 22nd, 2025, at two main stadiums: Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Stadium and Sriwedari Stadium in Surakarta, Central Java.

Hosting the official qualifying tournament for the 2026 World Cup in the United States was a matter of great pride for Indonesia. Surakarta, also known as the hub of the National Paralympic Committee (NPC), has once again successfully hosted this international event with outstanding success and pride. IADO played a key role in supporting the organization of this event by ensuring that all doping control processes are carried out professionally, independently, and in accordance with international standards. For this event, the IFCPF appointed the IADO as the Sample Collection Authority (SCA). To fulfill this mandate, the IADO deployed two Doping Control Officers (DCOs) and one Chaperone.

The entire sample collection process was carried out based on a Testing Order issued by the IFCPF, the Testing Authority (TA). IADO ensured that each stage was carried out in accordance with the International Standard for Testing and Investigation (ISTI) and official IFCPF procedures regarding athlete rights and obligations. The IADO also guaranteed that all samples are collected while maintaining the principles of confidentiality, integrity, and security of the samples, as a commitment to fair and doping-free competition.

Through this engagement, the IADO hoped that the collaboration with the IFCPF could continue consistently in the future. The IADO also opened up opportunities for broader collaboration with other international federations to support doping control in various global events. Furthermore, this experience was a crucial step in improving the competence and professionalism of IADO’s Sample Collection Personnel (SCP), especially in preparing for future international competitions.
