Keberadaan

Ditemukan zat terlarang dalam sampel darah atau urin atlet.

Larangan: hingga 4 (empat) tahun

Berlaku hanya untuk atlet

Bertindak untuk Mencegah atau Membalas Terhadap Pelaporan ke Pihak Berwenang

Tindakan yang mengancam atau berusaha mengintimidasi orang lain untuk mencegah mereka berbagi informasi tentang doping (juga disebut sebagai whistleblowing), atau membalas orang lain karena melakukannya.

Larangan: hingga 2 (dua) tahun

Berlaku untuk atlet dan ASP

Asosiasi terlarang

Berasosiasi dengan profesional atau terkait seseorang pada pemangku kepentingan olahraga seperti pelatih, dokter, fisio, atau pelatih yang menjalani larangan atau yang dinyatakan bersalah atas pelanggaran pidana atau disiplin terkait dengan pelanggaran doping.

Larangan: hingga 2 (dua) tahun

Berlaku untuk atlet dan ASP

Keterlibatan atau percobaan keterlibatan

Membantu, mendorong, membantu, bersekongkol, berkonspirasi, menutupi atau segala jenis keterlibatan yang disengaja atau upaya keterlibatan yang melibatkan ADRV atau upaya ADRV apa pun.

Larangan: hingga 2 (dua) tahun

Berlaku untuk atlet dan ASP

Mengadministrasikan atau mencoba administrasi

Pemberian atau percobaan pemberian zat terlarang atau metode terlarang kepada atlet.

Larangan: hingga 4 (empat) tahun

Berlaku untuk atlet dan ASP

Perdagangan

Perdagangan atau percobaan perdagangan zat terlarang atau metode terlarang.

Larangan: hingga 4 (empat) tahun

Berlaku untuk atlet dan ASP

Kepemilikan

Kepemilikan zat terlarang atau metode terlarang tanpa penjelasan yang dapat diterima.

Larangan: hingga 4 (empat) tahun

Berlaku untuk atlet dan ASP

Merusak atau mencoba merusak bagian manapun dari kontrol doping.

WADA Code 2021 memperjelas bahwa terlibat dalam tindakan penipuan (misalnya menyerahkan dokumen kepada organisasi anti-doping atau meminta saksi untuk berbohong dalam pernyataan saksi mereka) adalah tindakan Merusak. Mulai 1 Januari 2021. Jika seseorang melakukan tindakan Merusak terkait ADRV lain. mereka dapat menerima tambahan larangan berturut-turut.

Larangan: hingga 4 (empat) tahun

Berlaku untuk atlet dan ASP

Kegagalan menunjukkan keberadaan

Kegagalan keberadaan dianggap sebagai kombinasi dari tiga tes yang terlewat dan/atau kegagalan pengisian dalam periode 12 bulan oleh seorang atlet dalam kolam pengujian terdaftar (RTP).

Larangan: hingga 2 (dua) tahun

Berlaku hanya untuk atlet

Penghindaran, penolakan, atau kegagalan

Menghindari, menolak, atau gagal menyerahkan sampel.

Larangan: hingga 4 (empat) tahun

Berlaku hanya untuk atlet

Penggunaan

Menggunakan atau mencoba menggunakan zat terlarang atau metode terlarang.

Larangan: hingga 4 (empat) tahun

Berlaku hanya untuk atlet

Acts to Discourage or Retaliate Against Reporting to Authorities

Acts that threaten or seek to intimidate another to discourage them from sharing information about doping (also referred to as whistleblowing), or retaliating against another for doing so.

Ban: 2 (two) years up to a lifetime

Applies to athletes and ASP

Prohibited Association

Associating in a professional or sport-related capacity with a person such as a coach, doctor, physio or trainer who is serving a ban or who has been found guilty of a criminal or disciplinary offence equivalent to a doping violation.

Ban: up to two years

Applies to athletes and ASP

Administering or attempted administration

Administration attempted administration to any athlete of any prohibited substance or method.

Ban: 4 (four) years to a lifetime

Applies to athletes and ASP

Complicity or attempted complicity

Assisting, encouraging, aiding, abetting, conspiring, covering up or any other type of intentional complicity or attempted complicity involving an ADRV or any attempted ADRV.

Ban: 2 (two) years to a lifetime

Applies to athletes and ASP

Trafficking

Trafficking or attempted trafficking in any prohibited substance or method.

Ban: 4 (four) years to a lifetime

Possession

Possession of a prohibited substance or method.

Ban: up to 4 (four) years

Tampering or attempted tampering

Tampering or attempted tampering with any part of doping control. The 2021 Code makes it clear that engaging in fraudulent conduct (e.g. submmune raisied documents to an Anti-Doping organization or asking a witness to lie in their witness statement) is an act of Tampering. From 1 January 2021. if an individual commits an act of Tampering relating to another ADRV. they can receive an additional consecutive ban.

Ban: up to 4 (four) years

Whereabouts failures

Whereabouts failures are considered as any combination of three missed tests and/or filling failures within a 12-month period by an athlete in a registered testing pool (RTP).

Ban: up to 2 (two) years

Applies to athletes only

Evasion, refusal or failure

Evading, refusing, or failing to submit to sample collection.

Ban: up to 4 (four) years

Applies to athletes only

Use

Use or attempted use by an athlete of a prohibited substance or a prohibited method.

Ban: up to 4 (four) years

Applies to athletes only

Presence

The presence of prohibited substances or their metabolites or markers in an athlete’s sample.

Ban: up to 4 (four) years
