After the successful 1st organization of the Training of Sample Collection Personnel on September 9th to 11th, 2022, which was attended by 23 persons, then IADO organized the 2nd Training of Sample Collection Personnel on September 29th to October 2nd, 2022 in Jakarta. The second training course was attended by 34 people, consisting of lecturers, sports teachers, health people, computer bachelors, technical bachelors and so on. However, currently there are 21 DCOs accredited by IADO and SEARADO.
The activity of the 2nd Training of Sample Collection Personnel went smoothly without any difficulty. All participants were very enthusiastic and raised many various questions related to doping control. IADO confirm to speed up any training for new DCO and refreshment for BCO (Blood Collection Personnel), because there will be various world sports championships organized in Indonesia such as by FIFA U-20 Football World Cup, FIBA Basketball World Cup and ANOC (Association of National Olympic Committees) World Beach Games, in which all of the world events will be organized in Indonesia on the year of 2023.
