From August 5th to 8th, 2026, IADO participated in conducting doping control for the 2026 Underwater Hockey event held at Hotel Seruni in Cisarua, Bogor, Western Java. The 2026 Underwater Hockey competition brought together athletes in an event that upheld the values of sportsmanship, integrity, and fair play. To support a clean, doping-free competition, IADO served as the Sample Collection Authority (SCA), entrusted with carrying out the doping control sample collection process.

For this event, IADO deployed two Doping Control Officers (DCOs) and two Chaperones as part of the Sample Collection Personnel (SCP). Doping control operations were conducted in accordance with the Testing Order issued by the “Confédération Mondiale des Activités Subaquatiques” (CMAS), acting as the Testing Authority (TA). The entire sample collection process was carried out with strict adherence to the International Standard for Testing and Investigations (ISTI), while upholding the privacy, safety, confidentiality, and integrity of the athletes’ samples. IADO’s SCP also ensured that athletes were informed of their rights and obligations throughout the doping control process, spanning from the initial notification to the collection and securing of samples.

Through the collaboration between IADO and CMAS, and with the support of all parties involved in organizing the 2026 Underwater Hockey event, IADO remains committed to fostering a clean, fair, and safe sporting environment. The event featured 276 athletes from seven countries, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Japan, and China, competing in the Men’s Elite, Women’s Elite, U-15, and U-19 categories.
