Every night at 9 pm IADO used to conduct a routine evaluation meeting since the time prior to and during the ASEAN Para Games at a hotel in Surakarta. The meeting was led the Chairman of IADO and attended all of the IADO High Ranking Officials. It used to invite sometimes all of DCOs. The topic of the meeting did not only relate to testing, these also related to any topic reported by the Director of Intelligence and Investigation based on his team’s monitoring on the fields, and outreach activities implemented by the Director of Education.
For example, at the first meeting there should be a decision on how to solve the DCOs mobilization in Semarang. At the beginning, they did not have to stay overnight in Semarang, but on the basis of the distance they were allowed to stay in Semarang.
Then the meeting also discussed any ideal outreach location. Such an evaluation was effective, not only to reduce any complaints, it became a forum to find a solution. This evaluation did not occur only for ASEAN Para Games, but it used to be established on various events, so that the quality of DCO comply with the International Standard for Testing and the World Anti-Doping Code.
