Indonesia Anti-Doping Organization (IADO) has taken the first step in the preparation to set up the Education Presenter (PRESI) by conducting the virtual premier meeting or coordination on January 15th, 2024. As an information, on November 22nd, 2023, a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was held to discuss the formation of PRESI by inviting various stakeholders from certain national sports stakeholders and other related institutions such as Indonesian National Olympic Committee (NOC), National Sports Committee of Indonesia (KONI), the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, Indonesian National Commission for UNESCO (KNIU), several sports professors in Indonesia.
The coordination meeting was a premier meeting to prepare for the next phases of FGD activities that will take place in 2024 until PRESI could be implemented. The meeting was attended by all the whole team for that project, such as the Chairman of IADO, Mrs. Natashya Marcellina Ardiany (Director of Education IADO) who is also the leader of the team, and Mr. Rizky Nevangga Patria Nevangga, MD as the secretary. It was also attended by the people in charge of each commission, such as Prof. Dr. Tandiyo Rahayu, M.Pd, Prof. Dr. Ria Lumintuarso, M.Si, Prof. Dr. dr. Hardhono Susanto, PAK and Dr. Mirza Hapsari Titis Penggalih, S.Gz., M.P.H.RD, and a few members of the commissions namely Mr. Suryo Agung Wibowo, M.Pd, OLY, Dr. Donny Ardy Kusuma, S.Pd, M.Kes, Mrs, Dewi Putri Susanti, S.Si, M.Or and Miss. Devi Sagita Ratri, S.E. All of us brought their expertise and enthusiasm to the table. On his initial speech, the Chairman of IADO expressed his hope that PRESI would become a pioneer for sports in Indonesia. Another comment came from Prof. Dr. Tandiyo Rahayu, M.Pd that she is optimistic about the establishment of IADO that will play a pivotal role in Indonesian sports. She is fully committed to supporting the realization of PRESI as a key contributor to Indonesian sports achievements.
