IADO successfully held the Sample Collection Personnel (SCP) Performance Evaluation for 2023 & Sampling Plan for 2024 on December 16th, 2023 at the NOC Indonesia, Menara Olahraga Senayan Building, Lt. 16, Jakarta. The event was officially opened by IADO Chairman Gatot S. Dewa Broto and attended by all IADO licensed SCPs, consisting of DCOs and BCOs as well as few BCOs who are apprenticeship. That annual event was organized by presenting a number of presentations, which were at the beginning delivered by the Directorate of Testing led by Mrs. Linda Rosalina (Director of Testing). The presentations included those related to SCP performance evaluation, sampling plans for 2024, and sharing sessions from IADO DCOs who participated in the FIFA World Cup U-17 in Jakarta, Bandung, Surakarta, and Surabaya. On this occasion, IADO reemphasized the rights, responsibilities, and things that SCPs are prohibited from doing while on duty. IADO and its SCPs also reviewed some of the items that need to be agreed upon to achieve alignment in each SCP before the 2024 assignment.
IADO also explained the 2024 sampling plan which is quite impressive considering the XXI National Sports Games (PON XXI) will be held in 2024 in Aceh and North Sumatra. The activity ended with a sharing session of IADO DCOs who participated in the FIFA World Cup U-17, namely Dr. Pande Putu Agus Mahendera, Wahyu Erfandy, Vindo Pratama Illanda, and Faisal Kusuma Hadi. The DCO Participants conveyed their impressions while serving at the event and also made several suggestions regarding the implementation of doping control within FIFA which could be applied and/or applied with modifications within IADO. The event was officially closed by the Acting Secretary General, Indra Bayu. IADO would like to thank and highly appreciate the IADO SCP, both DCO and BCO, for their outstanding performance throughout 2023. IADO looks forward to a long and fruitful relationship and looks forward to the 2024 assignments.
